It features a large 20 sq m panoramic terrace at the front.

The entire property is non-smoking.

Description

Located in a typical Cadore house in Costalissoio, a hamlet of Santo Stefano di Cadore, at an altitude of 1,250 meters, the apartment offers splendid panoramic views of Terze, Brentoni, Marmarole, Antelao, and the Popera Group. Costalissoio is located on the southeast slope of Mount Zovo (2,000 meters), enjoying enviable sun exposure. It can be reached via a convenient and scenic road 2 km from the SS52-bis state road and is 5 km from the center of Santo Stefano di Cadore.

In the village square, just a few steps from the apartment, there are a minimarket, a bar, a shop selling biscuits, newspapers, household items and other daily necessities, a hairdresser and a small children's playground.

There is also an excellent restaurant and bar less than a kilometer away.

The area offers numerous opportunities for walks and hikes of varying interests and difficulty levels.

Many famous Dolomite resorts are easily reached by car, including Padola (15-20 minutes), Sappada (20 minutes), Auronzo (20 minutes), Misurina and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (45 minutes), the Alta Pusteria Valley with the towns of Sesto (40 minutes), San Candido (45 minutes), Dobbiaco (50 minutes), and Passo Tre Croci, with departure points for excursions to Sorapis Lake (50 minutes), Cortina d'Ampezzo (60 minutes), Braies Lake  (60 minutes), and Brunico (75 minutes). For those wishing to cross the border into neighboring Austria, you can reach the resorts of Silian (Loacker) (60 minutes) or Lienz (90 minutes).

Padola is part of the "Drei Zinnen" ski area, which covers the entire area between the upper Comelico Valley and the upper Pusteria Valley, perfect for enthusiasts of this sport.
